As promise, i will try to make it a habit to blog! (Just trying not to break my promise! )
Been slacking at home since the end of F1, and finally my bro asked me to work his is kind of a very simple job as i am only require to facilitate the meetings that are happening in this company. I use the word 'facilitate' as it really sound nicer when people ask me. It is a super long hour kind of job, yet an easy money.
Job Scope:
-Sit at the reception
- Wait for people to come for meeting
- Greet them and bring them to the meeting room
- Serve drink if they want. If not, self service
- Top-up snacks, and drinks.
- Help brew coffee, tea or milo if they want
- Sit there do nothing until they ask for help
-Get lunch, dinner and supper (if they want)
- Clear up the place and throw them away
- say bye to everyone and go!
Timing: highly depending. (today, 0900hrs to 2300hrs, which is freaking 14hrs or even more) But they usually want people at night... so...
That is like basically what i had done for the whole day! hahaha (except for the last point, cause i am still sitting at the seat)
Something new that i discovered today is this freaking awesome lift that i never seen in my life. Why is it awesome? There is no other buttons beside 'open' ,'close', 'speaker' buttons inside the lift.
Then how are you going to go to the level that you wanna go? You have press the buttons outside the lift, which they then will assign you a lift to take. Thus, no more running to the lift last min, hoping that you can take the lift.
Don't you think this is dam cool??
Helped one of the meeting group to get Korean food from this restaurant named, BQ Korea... It is kind of expensive as it average price per set is around $13. After getting them the food, i got the urge to get some Korean food as well. Instead of getting from the same restaurant, i decided to get it at a food court. (obviously it is at a cheaper rate)
First time tried the chicken bibimbam... not bad, but if you are not a veg lover, you might not like it... cause every mouth you eat, you will eat the veg. haha..
