Felt so guilty cause i am blogger when working. But i seriously nothing to do (not all the time). I was so happy cause i brought a bracelet that i like on Sunday at TM 'Valerie'. But the bracelet become brownish after two days!!! and i brought it at $12.90. Like kanna cheated.... So i went back and see what i can do to it. And i was shocked by their answer....

Me: " erm...Miss.. I brought this bracelet on Sunday and the colour become brownish."

Lady: " Sorry i cannot do anything....do the bracelet have contact with water?"

Me: " erm...I didn't soak this into water, But i did wear this to wash hand when i go toilet..."
.
Lady: " Oh...den too bad. cause the bracelet was not make of stainless steel."
.
Me: " So you mean i cannot do anything to it?"
.
Lady: " Ya... I cannot do anything, Next time you buy thing must be careful lo..."
.
Me: " .....speechless*..... oh thanks"
.
So can I say that is my fault that i buy things from them? I seriously become speechless....I really don't understand those who went TRU to buy thing and if we make any mistake or the item spoiled, and we did give them discount or exchange, still wanted to complain. We had tried our best to please you all already, yet you all still want to complain or 'scold' us. sigh....
